Shri Manoj Mittal aged about 55 years has a track record of over 3 Decades in propelling organizational growth and profitability through strategic leadership, multi - functional expertise, building / optimizing organizational processes.

He worked as a Deputy Managing Director at Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) from Jan 2016 – Jan 2021. He was closely involved in the development of SIDBI Vision 2.0 and its successful implementation to emerge as a financially stronger impact institution.

He had played a lead role in restructuring of dues of Banks to MFIs during the A.P. MFI Crisis in 2010 and implementation of responsible lending initiatives. He also has comprehensive experience in design, management and impact evaluation of various sustainability and developmental programs funded by multilateral agencies / Government of India. He is a Strong Votary of Credit Plus approach for holistic development with expertise in extending capital (Debt and Equity) and development support to MSMEs / Startups, financial intermediaries - Banks / Non-Banking Finance Companies / Micro Finance Institutions, Alternate Investment Funds.

Shri Suneet Shukla, Chief General Manager, IFCI Ltd is a BSc, B.Tech (Chem) and MBA (Banking & Finance). He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banker (CAIIB).

He has a rich experience of around 23 years in IFCI in various departments viz Credit Infrastructure, Advisory Services, Government Advisory and Business Development & sourcing New Advisory Business. He also has prior experience of approximately 9 years in different organizations.

Ms. Priyanka sharma has an experience of more than a decade in IFCI, in the field of Company Secretary, Compliances and Corporate Governance. She has also worked in the Credit Functions of the Company.
